When you use the Gold Price APP services, we may require you to provide personal identity information (email, phone number, date of birth, gender); network identity information (IP address); Gold Price APP usage records (software click records, operation logs, etc.); device information (including device model, device MAC address, operating system type); location information (approximate location information).
Collecting your information is mainly to enable you and other users to use the Gold Price APP services more easily and satisfactorily. The goal of the Gold Price APP is to provide safe and beneficial services to all internet users, and this information helps us achieve that goal.

4. For extended business functions, you need to individually authorize us to collect and use your personal information.
(1) Permission Name: Device Attribute Information (e.g., IMEI, IMSI, device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier, and other software/hardware feature information), Device Connection Information (e.g., IP address, telecom operator, access date and time, etc.)
Permission Function Description: Identify user identity, record system failures, and analyze the causes of system failures.
Use Scenario or Purpose: You provide feedback on transaction system or market quote issues to us to help improve and optimize our products and services.
(2) Permission Name: Storage or Album
Permission Usage Description: Provides read/write access to mobile storage or album.
Use Scenario or Purpose: You can save market quotes, post in communities, cache information, upload or change profile pictures, or save images to your phone.
(3) Permission Name: Access Location Information
Permission Function Description: Obtain location information via GPS or network location information.
Use Scenario or Purpose: When you first share your location in a community post, we will request your location permission to provide location-sharing services; when you first use the Gold Price APP market quote service, we will request your location permission to provide the fastest quote service by selecting the nearest server based on your location.
(4) Permission Name: Camera
Permission Function Description: Use the camera to take photos or scan QR codes.
Use Scenario or Purpose: When you first use the investment trading account opening, community posting, feedback submission, or profile picture editing features that require camera access, we will request your camera permission to use image recognition services for taking photos.
(5) Permission Name: Recording/Audio Permission
Permission Function Description: Use the microphone to record audio.
Use Scenario or Purpose: When you first use the investment trading account opening feature, we will request your recording/audio permission. The investment trading function is provided by our affiliated companies or third-party institutions (hereinafter referred to as “investment trading service institutions”). If you choose to use the investment trading function, you need to provide relevant personal information to the investment trading service institution, particularly to fulfill account opening, customer identification, and follow-up procedures. We will request your device’s camera/album and recording permissions to allow you to provide identity documents and other required materials to the investment trading service institution, as well as to complete face recognition or dual recording during account opening or follow-up processes.
(6) Permission Name: Read Calendar
Permission Function Description: Read calendar events in the system.
Use Scenario or Purpose: When browsing Gold Price APP events or adding financial calendar event reminders, we will request your calendar permission to remind you to participate in events or schedule future investment plans.
(7) Message Notifications
During your use of the Gold Price APP services, we may send one or more types of messages via phone, SMS, push notifications, work notifications, or pop-ups, such as service notifications, identity verification, or security verification. If you do not wish to receive our commercial information or other product or service information, you can unsubscribe via the method provided in the SMS, contact our customer service directly to unsubscribe, or close pop-up notifications by clicking the “Skip” button or related buttons on the pop-up page. To ensure you can receive push content normally and avoid missing messages, we use app self-start and associated app launch functions.
5. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization Consent
According to relevant laws and regulations, we may collect your information without your authorization consent in the following circumstances:
(1) Related to national security or defense security;
(2) Related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution of judgments;
(4) Necessary to protect the life, property, or other significant legitimate rights and interests of the information subject or others but difficult to obtain your consent;
(5) Information you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;
(6) Information collected from legally disclosed sources, such as legitimate news reports or government information disclosure channels;
(7) Necessary to sign a contract as per your request;
(8) Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the Gold Price APP services, such as detecting or resolving product or service failures;
(9) Necessary for legitimate news reporting;
(10) Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest, provided that the results are de-identified when shared externally;

Unless under the following circumstances, we will not share your information with any third party outside the Gold Price APP without your consent:

(2) Transfer
As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new company or organization holding your information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.

Information collected and generated during our operations in Hong Kong is stored in Hong Kong, except in the following circumstances:

We manage and regulate information storage and use by establishing data classification and grading systems, data security management norms, and data security development norms.

We enhance security awareness by conducting security and privacy protection training courses to strengthen employees’ understanding of the importance of protecting information.
(3) We only allow Gold Price APP employees who need to know this information to access your information, and we have established strict access permission controls and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose. We also require all personnel who may come into contact with your information to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in legal liability or termination of their cooperative relationship with the Gold Price APP.

(7) Security Incident Handling
When subscribing to Gold Price APP services and contacting customer service with issues, you may inevitably need to disclose your information, such as contact details. Please protect your information properly and provide it only when necessary.
To address potential risks such as information leakage, damage, or loss, we have established multiple systems to define classification and grading standards for security incidents and vulnerabilities, as well as corresponding handling processes. We have also established a dedicated emergency response team for security incidents. In accordance with security incident handling norms, we initiate security plans for different security incidents, performing damage control, analysis, localization, remediation, and collaborating with relevant departments for traceability and action.
In the unfortunate event of a security incident, we will promptly inform you, in accordance with legal requirements, of the basic details and potential impact of the incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will notify you of the incident details via email, phone, push notifications, or other methods. If it is difficult to inform each individual, we will issue a public announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will proactively report the handling of the security incident to regulatory authorities as required.
5. How We Manage Your Information
(1) Query, Update, and Deletion
We encourage you to update and modify your information to make it more accurate and effective. You can access your information through the Gold Price APP services and, based on the corresponding information management methods, complete or request us to modify, supplement, or delete it. We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure, as much as possible, that you can access, update, and correct your information or other information provided when using the Gold Price APP services.
When querying, updating, correcting, or deleting the aforementioned information, we may require you to verify your identity to ensure information security. If you wish to query, modify, or delete some of your information, please log in to the Gold Price APP account center or follow the specific guidelines for individual services.

(3) Account Cancellation
Under the conditions stipulated in the Gold Price APP individual service agreements and relevant national laws and regulations, your Gold Price APP service account may be canceled or deleted. Once the account is canceled or deleted, all service data and information related to that account under the individual service will be deleted or processed in accordance with the individual service agreement.

(4) Changing the Scope of Your Authorization Consent
You can always choose whether to disclose information. Some information is necessary for using the Gold Price APP services, but the provision of most other information is at your discretion. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, disabling device functions, or other methods.
After you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer be able to provide the corresponding services for which the authorization was withdrawn, nor will we process the corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the processing of information previously conducted based on your authorization.
6. Third-Party Services
The Gold Price APP services may link to social media or other services (including websites or other service forms) provided by third parties, including:
(1) You may use the “Share” button to share certain content to the Gold Price APP services, or you may use third-party services to log in to the Gold Price APP services. 7. Protection of Minors
We value the protection of minors’ personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, we do not recommend that you use our Gold Price APP.
